In order to attend our annual ‘Great British Day Out for Jaguar Owners’ on 28th May 2023, you need to register here.
The cost of registration for our annual event has been kept at £5.00 with your Access Pass supplied to you as a PDF via email so you can print it off yourself, or £10.00 if you would rather have a laminated full colour Access Pass posted out to you via Royal Mail (we even include a 25% size memento pass for free :-)) , payable by credit or debit card, securing your place at our next event.
If you have already registered for a PDF pass, and your printer has packed up, or you are our of ink – don’t worry, we have you covered and can now supply you with a black and white, official laminated pass, posted out to you in time for the event – making sure you can attend our event nonetheless.
Note the cost is per Jaguar, not per person.. so if you have an X308 for example, and bring three people with you it works out at just £1.25 per person for a great day out (or £2.50 per person if you go for a laminated pass (with free memento version too :-)) – inflation busting great value.
The registration fee covers our operating costs (noting we are a not-for-profit event) with any profits from your registration going to charitable causes.
(Should you be happy to be an official marshal on the day, helping us at the start of the day to get everyone in safely and promptly, please let us know, as you will receive an upgraded Access Pass, plus one of our very fashionable JaguarForumsUK high viz vests and a site map on the day)
When you register you receive the following on the day itself:
FREE Welcome Pack when you sign in on the day
FREE inclusion in the award judging on the day (your Jaguar MUST be onsite for the judging and to be able to win!!)

Those of you who have already booked with us – Thankyou very much for choosing to join us, we will see you on the day.
If you have not yet booked – we do still have 10 ‘on the gate’ passes available at Pease Pottage, and another ten available at Denbies – so if you are one of the first ten non registered to appear at either location, you will still be able to get in and be included in everything.. These specific passes cost £10 each with the money going directly to our chosen charity.
Your official Access Pass should be with you by now, or within a few days of your registration, and we look forward to meeting you on the day.
If for any reason you have not received your pass, or you lose it before the day of the event, please email Registrations@JaguarForumsUK.com with your email address and date of registration & we will track it down for you.
Please note that should you wish to cancel your booking for the event we will offer to refund your registration fee (minus Stripe costs) or can transfer your booking to our next annual event at no additional cost.
