Welcome to our April newsletter packed full of all the latest news from JaguarForumsUK (and there is a lot of everything this month) so grab a mug of coffee and settle down for a great read of everything that is good this month. 

You may be thinking it is April 1st and not to believe everything you see or read but genuinely we have lots of new developments on the way that we believe you are going to love, and help us support you even better than we have done over the last decade.

Our website has some new features now installed with even more coming later this year

We are aware that our manual system of booking you in for our event, whilst very personal, is not perfect so are looking at two possible replacement booking systems currently. You will have the same great event, same booking pricing enabling anyone with a Jaguar to attend - along with a limited number of community level access passes for attendees that may need them. We have completed the switch of form provider on the website, and you will now find all our current forms have the same look and feel, making it easier for you to do what you need to.

Our event images now have a vastly increased storage space held on our file server space, aside from our website making it easier than ever to look through our event images through the years.

We have a new storage facility for any and all Jaguar documents that may be of use to you. If you have any that you would like to share with our members please upload them using the form on the website - we really need your input and help building this library.

 We have looked carefully at ourselves, what you want and need from us, and how best to service your needs whilst still retaining our identity and genuine grassroots status.

We have chosen to team up with three industry specialists spanning the Jaguar ecosystem enabling us to support you across the whole spectrum of everything Jaguar - it means you will hear news not just from us, but from industry specialists, learn tricks and tips, gain access to more deals, and have access to a much broader level of service from us.

We had some great feedback from the online survey that we ran asking how you wanted us to work best for you - a huge thankyou to all of you who completed it so far.

Funding matters 

Our crowdfunding project is going well, but is still short of the minimum target so any help you feel able to give us would really help us to get our various 2024/25 projects off the plan sheet, and really working for you. 

Our Jaguar Trivia Quiz 

Our online quiz is one of the largest, if not the largest Jaguar Trivia Quiz available online and has been proving popular recently.

If you complete the quiz, and are in the top 30 you will be listed in our running Top 30 listing on our website, and if you are lucky enough to be in our top five through 2024 you will receive a framed certificate certifying that you are one of our five most knowledgeable online members.

Our current prize draw

Our current draw, open to all our event registrants, and International members is a Haynes manual for the Jaguar Daimler XJ6, XJ, & Sovereign.

Winter Cleaning Products

At this time of year the alloys on our Jaguars go through the worst of everything between salt, grit, brake dust, seized wheel nuts, and of course potholes.

As you know we work with a number of companies that specialise in looking after our Jaguars, and Autoglym have just announced a new 'Advanced All Wheel' cleaner which not only works quickly & effectively restoring your alloys, but is also safe with lacquered, painted, & diamond cut wheels, even with plastic trims. It is a great product and is available in a number of formats and it comes highly recommended by JaguarForumsUK

Charity Support

We not only support the Jaguar community, but also the wider community. This year we are supporting the Chestnut Tree House Hospice for children, and their families.

Chestnut Tree House do incredible work, and our last event raised over £600 helping them to help children and their families.
