The JaguarForumsUK Newsletter (July 2022)

Welcome to our July 2022 Newsletter.

A lot has been going on, both on and offline, in the past month or so and we would love to bring you up to date with everything that is going on here. So grab yourself a comfy cushion, a big cup of coffee or tea and settle down for all the latest news from JaguarForumsUK.

Charity Support.

For the second year running we were supporting the Chestnut Tree Hospice for children, and we had significant support from Signia Hearing (my day job). We are very happy to be able to announce that this year we managed to collect a total of £221.14p. A massive Thankyou to all of you who donated your spare coins and notes to our buckets.

Event Bookings.

We are already taking bookings for next year, not just from attendees, but also trade plots, club areas and more.

Our event offers incredible value to attendees with your £5.00 covering you not just for your Jaguar, but also up to 5 people in your car! Meaning that it can be as little as £1 per person for a Great Jaguar Day Out! Book here.

If you run a club or organisation that supports Jaguars, please contact us to book your plot at our 2023 event. We would love to have you with us on the day, and your plot would be free of charge, unlike some other events. Book your club or organisation here.

If you run a business that supports Jaguar owners with parts, servicing, specialist knowledge, accessories or more please contact us to guarantee your chance to meet everyone on the day. Again, your plot will be free, but pre booking is essential. Book your business here.

Our 2022 event had the best marshalling team we have ever had, with attendees making it in quicker and more safely than ever before. We are looking to improve on things even further enabling even more Jaguar owners to attend, and are again looking for anyone who would be happy to donate a little time to help us do this.

If you would like to get involved with our Marshaling team for our 2023 event please list your club choice on Registration as 'MARSHAL' and we will make sure you have your site map, high viz JaguarForumsUK Volunteer vest, and an ALL AREAS Access Pass sorted for you - a huge Thankyou to those of you who sign up for this.

Upcoming Events.

There are two very special events coming up at the monthly Jaguar Breakfast Club taking place at the British Motor Museum, Gaydon, CV35 0BJ.

Saturday 6th August sees "Supercharged Saturday" a celebration of Jaguars with attitude! All Jaguars are welcome, as always, but Supercharged models will receive privileged parking.

There will be a Live Arena and the event is kindly supported by the leading Jaguar parts supplier SNG Barratt. No tickets are necessary but to assist with advance planning, if you plan to attend in a supercharged Jaguar or Daimler please email:

Jaguar Breakfast Club

On Saturday 3rd September it's the annual "Jaguars at Gaydon", the biggest Jaguar event of the year at The British Motor Museum, when the Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust (JDHT) and the Jaguar Breakfast Club get together to put on a world-class Jaguar festival.

For 2022 the theme is the Swallow-Jaguar centenary and the JDHT will be providing a show arena for some hugely significant vehicles from all eras. There will also be live entertainment and an ice-cream van!

This is an event not to be missed so please tell all your friends. All Jaguars and Daimlers (and SS and Swallow!) are welcome.

The whole site will be reserved for Jaguars. Tickets include Museum entry at a discounted rate (Exhibitor ticket).

Those with annual passes obtain free entry but are still encouraged to pre-book so that attendance can be monitored.

It does not matter which time slot you book as all Jaguars receive privileged entry from 9am. Booking & Event Information

If you are looking to detail your Jaguar, but do not know where to start, or even what equipment you do or don't need we have reviewed a great book from the writers of the Pro Detailer Magazine.

You can read the review here.
