Our Great Day Out is literally a great day out for everyone from petrolheads to families, and consists of a convoy/drive element, as well as our main event. The convoy/drive takes you from the starting point just south of Crawley, West Sussex (Pease Pottage Services at RH11 9YA) through glorious Sussex & Surrey countryside to the main event at the largest wine estate in England, Denbies (Postcode RH5 6AA)!
You can meet Jaguar clubs, forums, & specialists, enjoy show prices on must-haves, and win prizes and class awards plus meet Jaguar owners from around the UK and Europe.
You can book your Jaguar in at our Registration page, making payment by PayPal or Debit/Credit Card, and your Access Pass will be with you in minutes by PDF, or within 72 hours if you order an Official Laminated Access Pass.
Your registration fee includes:
- Entry for your Jaguar & passengers
- Inclusion in Award Judging (your Jaguar must be onsite)
- Access to all our free competitions before the day itself
In addition to all this our website at JaguarForumsUK.com carries all the event info, historical info, discounts, reviews, features and more right through the year!
Typically we support the Chestnut Tree Hospice, helping them to support children and their families. If you would like to make a donation to this incredible charity please click on the graphic below.
However, this year we would like to extend our heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of Mark Gregory, known to many through XKEC & F-TypeEC, who has recently passed away.
He will be deeply missed by all within the Jaguar community.
In light of this loss, and as a mark of respect, this years collection at our event will be dedicated to supporting his family.

Event registration opens. Please collect your Welcome Pack, after which you’re free to begin the convoy/drive to our main venue at Denbies (see route guide in your pack). - 10:00 -10:30
Arrival at Denbies. Please follow the marshals’ guidance for parking. - 10:30 – 11:30
Time to prepare your Jaguar for judging. Our judges will be circulating throughout this period, and your car may be entered into multiple award categories, so you could be in the running for more than one. Please ensure your Jaguar remains on site for the award presentations. - 12:00
Lunch break. Don’t forget to use your 10% discount voucher at the Carvery Restaurant and Food Hatch. - 13:00
Live, interactive JaguarForumsUK Trivia Quiz in front of the organisers’ tent. Fun for all the family, and a perfect way to ease into the afternoon. - 13:15
Class awards announcement. The full list of awards will be displayed at the organisers’ stand at Denbies. - 13:30
Prize draw. Hopefully you’ve picked up your tickets, this year features one of our biggest prizes yet, alongside some familiar favourites. All proceeds will go towards supporting Mark Gregory’s family, in recognition of everything he gave to the Jaguar community. - 14:00
